  • Damaged Items: Exchanges are accepted if due to damage or quality issues.
  • All damage claims must be reported to The Rusty Marquee within 7 calendar days of delivery
  • Returns not accepted for seasonal merchandise.

Policy and Terms:  Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from TheRustyMarquee.com, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.  If you receive free shipping at checkout and decide to return your order for any reason, our standard shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

The Rusty Marquee will happily refund or exchange any new merchandise within 30 days of delivery. If 30 days have gone by since your package has been delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Please e-mail info@TheRustyMarquee.com to obtain a return authorization number and a return shipping address. Returns must be delivered to the return address within 30 days of delivery.  Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer without confirming your return with us.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, as well as, standard shipping costs incurred by The Rusty Marquee.  Customers are also responsible for a 10% restocking fee.  Once a RA# and shipping address is obtained, please be sure the RA# is noted on the outside of the package, in the attention line of the shipping label.  Be sure to ship your item by insured, traceable methods offered by UPS or FedEx.

Please allow up to 7 business days after the item is receive by the returns department for your refund to be processed.

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery on the delivery sign-off form and take photos of every angle of the unopened package.  If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos to info@therustymarquee.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.

Please note: If bulbs are broken during shipment but the structure itself is not damaged, please email us at info@therustymarquee.com.  We will do our best to ship replacement bulbs right away.  Broken bulbs during shipment do not change our refund policy.  If you return your sign because of broken bulbs, you are still responsible for shipping/return shipping charges.

Please note: The irregularities and variations of color, shading and texture, and the imperfections (scratches) are natural characteristics of metal and are authentic rustic features. These irregularities add to its natural and unique beauty and in no way are to be considered defects or damages. No two items will be exactly the same – this is your best guarantee of its authenticity.

Please note: Price adjustments on previous purchases are not permitted. The Rusty Marquee reserves the right to modify its exchange and return policy.
