Shortly after you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we reach out to our suppliers to confirm that products are in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is made to order/custom, we will have production begin right away. If your item(s) are available to ship or being made to order, we will process the charges to your credit card. If you included a delivery date needed on stocked products and we cannot guarantee that delivery date, we will reach out to you via the email address provided at checkout for instructions on how to proceed.
*IMPORTANT: Due to high demand and the manufacturing time of our marquee lights, marquee lights may not ship right after the order is place. Please be sure to note a delivery date needed at checkout if you do have an event. If no delivery date is selected, we will ship your order ASAP.
We try to stock almost all lights, however, many times we need at least a week to ship. We include a delivery by date in our order form to be sure we do not miss any events. If an item can not be delivered before the date provided, we will reach out via email. For all other orders, we will send tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided at checkout.
The Rusty Marquee's standard shipping uses FedEx, UPS, and USPS Ground services. We also ship via MODE Freight Company for larger items. Delivery dates may vary based on shipping method selected and distance from our warehouses. If you need an item by a certain date, please be sure to include this information on the checkout page.
